HOUSTON - Partner Paul Dickerson, the Houston-based co-chair of the Haynes and Boone, LLP Clean Tech Practice, was featured as part of a recent Wall Street Journal panel discussion on what the future holds for the oil industry and other sectors.
The Nov. 16 event at Houston's Four Seasons Hotel included Amy Myers Jaffe, the Wallace S. Wilson Fellow in Energy Studies at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University; Jim Noe, senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officers for Hercules Offshore; Candida Scott, senior director of Cambridge Energy Research Associates; and Branko Terzi, the Deloitte Services LP global and U.S. regulatory policy leader in energy and resources.
