Haynes and Boone, LLP hosted a complimentary seminar to help companies avoid pitfalls through compliance and an overall culture of safety. OSHA is gearing up for renewed efforts to enforce current and future workplace regulations. EPA and TCEQ are also actively enforcing the environmental programs, even as they disagree over issues like air permitting. We reviewed proposed changes to safety and environmental regulations and explained how parallel civil and criminal investigations can have a large impact on operations.
