Ken Bezozo provided a Fox Business panel with an overview of the reporting requirements for charities for a “Follow the Money” segment May 12 led by host Eric Bolling. Mr. Bezozo, who has substantial experience in handling all types of federal and state tax controversies and tax litigation, offered Mr. Bolling and a panel of commentators a summary of the basic tax laws and regulations that charities must follow in order to maintain their exempt status.
