Technology Enhancement. Haynes and Boone offers a variety of technology resources that our clients have found to be of special value:
- Digital Courtroom – The firm has developed a sophisticated electronic courtroom experience, and has served as a consultant to local courts to transform their courtrooms into state-of-the-art courtroom theaters.
- Paperless Office – Our system for "creating" less paper has saved clients time and money. We have extensively reduced copy and distribution costs and created immeasurable efficiencies in the way our lawyers practice.
- Video Conferencing – Clients and our attorneys use our video conferencing system to hold effective meetings while in different locations.

Client Service Portals. Haynes and Boone has developed innovative client portals on our Web site that enhance our clients' ability to manage their legal affairs. We have developed ClientConnect®, a cutting-edge extranet collaborative tool, to interact with clients to manage, in real time, dynamic and fast-moving business transactions and litigation matters. This system allows for time, document and project management with e-mail updates to all involved parties. Technology Staff. Our service capabilities are greatly enhanced by an outstanding Information Technology Department, consisting of highly trained computer experts and litigation support personnel who keep the firm on the cutting edge. The Litigation Support Group handles such litigation services as electronic discovery, case databases, imaging systems, trial support and document management. Our Multimedia Department prepares state-of-the-art graphics and video presentations for the courtroom as well as the boardroom. Most importantly, our technology support staff has considerable experience in assisting our clients with technology support.
