  • $1.5 billion revolving credit and letter of credit facility to publicly-traded national homebuilder
  • $700 million multi-facility credit agreement secured by 16 hotel properties in multiple states
  • $500 million acquisition, construction and development credit facility to a private real estate fund
  • $266 million credit facility to a publicly traded REIT
  • $233 million loan secured by portfolio of industrial and office properties
  • $110 million mezzanine loan to a multi-family real estate owner/developer/manager
  • Syndicated construction financings for office towers, high rise multi-family projects, condominiums, and hotels
