Haynes and Boone is the first major tenant to relocate to One Victory Park, an urban 20-story, 456,000 square-foot Class A building located near the American Airlines Center (AAC). It is a central component of the $3 billion master-planned, multi-use Victory development, which features condominiums, apartments, hotels, restaurants, one-of-a-kind retailers, an inner-city market and the AAC, home of the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars.   Our building is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and features efficient use of resources and the environment, a health-conscious state-of-the-art indoor air system, access to natural daylight and use of recycled products.
